Although we do our upmost to ensure that furniture and accessories arrive to you in the perfect condition, sometimes honest errors can be made during production and goods damaged in transport. In order to deal with this, we have a Customer Satisfaction team who are responsible for dealing quickly and efficiently with any problems that arise, keeping you informed all the way through the process.
We are very proud of our reputation of selling quality furniture at reasonable prices and we refuse to be undersold. We offer a price promise and if you manage to find a product we stock for less in another shop, we promise to match the lower price, even after purchase! (Conditions apply, see section 12 on our T&C)
